Chicken Alfredo Flat Bread – Low Carb

Today I made an EASY Flat bread pizza with simple ingredients following the ketogenic, low carb diet.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 3 Tbsp Low Sugar Alfredo Sauce
  • Low Carb Wrap
  • 1/2 Cup of Cheddar or any cheese
  • 1 Slice of Onion –
  • 1  Mushroom
  • Frozen or Fresh Sliced Chicken

Macros: 8% Carb – 63% Fat – 29% Protein Calories: 461 Net Carbs: 10 g. Fat: 32 g. Protein: 33g.
