Creamy Dill Greek Yogurt Dressing

I left out olive oil so you can add your own to your salads based on how many tsps. you have in your day for 21 day fix.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt (1% or 0%)
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Dill
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 Cups of Fresh Spinach
  • 2Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock (if you are drinking milk you can use milk instead)
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper

Blend in a food processor or use a bullet like me!!  Top your salad and add olive oil if you wish!

280 Calories for the entire bottle of dressing! 21 Day Fix = 1 Red = 1 Red Container Only 7 Calories PER tbsp. of dressing!
