21 Day Fix: Fruit Pizza with Vanilla Whipped Topping

First of all, let me just take a bow! This one is so easy and good, you’re going to LOVE it. I know… I know…  I say that about all my recipes but its usually because I upload my recipe immediately after I eat it and I’m still in love! and its true! How can you eat like this and lose weight? I’ve never ate so much or so well in my life, this is proof  that just because you may be working on your  health goals and cutting back on calories, you don’t have to lose flavor! This one also took me less than minutes to prepare and my kids made one too and LOVED it.

Ingredients:
• 1 whole wheat wrap
• 1 purple container of chopped strawberries and pineapple (blueberries would also be amazing!)

“Frosting” whipped topping
• 1 packet of natural stevia (or 1 tsp maple syrup)
• 1 red container of plain greek yogurt 0%
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp organic vanilla

Directions

Lightly toast the wrap and sprinkle with a light dusting of cinnamon. Let cool.

Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on wrap.

Add fruit to the top and slice

21 Day fix: 1 purple. 1 yellow. 1 red (if you use maple syrup count the tsp)
