Keto / Low Carb Meal Plans

Having a meal plan can help set you up for SUCCESS with your ketogenic journey.  It helps to have a map of what you need to do so you stay on track.

In this video I explain how to create a keto meal plan for your goals! You can see an example of one of my weeks following this method below! I used an Erin Condren Life Planner to layout my week, This link will save you 10% off your first order.

If creating your own meal plan seems way too overwhelming or if you just don’t have time for all of this planning, I recommend you check out these weekly meal plans which are created with only 5 ingredients, include full simple recipes and everything on the menu is amazing! Or if your problem is simply a lack of ideas you can pick up a cookbook with my fav recipes here.

If you are ready to DIVE into creating your own meal plan for the week, here is how to do it!

  1. Enter a sample day into an APP like Carb Manager, adjust as needed until you get the Net carbs and Macros correct (fats, Proteins & Carbs)
  2. Write it into your journal on one day out of your week!
  3. Repeat until you have the entire week complete with perfect calories and macros, creating a MAP for  yourself! (you can repeat days if you wish or repeat meals throughout the week!)
