21 Day Fix: Mango Honey Shrimp

ANYTHING shrimp is my favorite! I mean seafood really, crab… lobster… and ok off topic (can you tell I love food? lol) this dish is delicious and one of the ways I got my husband to start eating clean without knowing it!

Recipe makes 2 servings

21 Day Fix Mango Honey Shrimp2 lbs of shrimp, peeled, pan fry with cooking spray, add 2 orange containers of Bolthouse Honey Mustard and drizzle with 2 tsp of natual honey. Cook until golden brown.

I measured 2 Purple containers of chopped mango and used the red container to measure chopped red onion.  Add 2 tsp of olive oil  and sautee onion until translucent. Add mango and caramelize.

Put on the plate and top with chopped avacado!
