21 Day Fix: Roasted Garlic and Spinach Flat Bread

14729244_10100874356514738_5588226183467092803_nIf I opened a clean eating restaurant this would be listed as house specialty! This is INCREDIBLE. I promise if you make this every day following 21 Day Fix or just eating clean you will see incredible results and you will not be deprived AT ALL in any way.  Here’s how to make it and count it for 21 Day Fix! This is also a great idea if for an appetizer for a party or family gathering, its really that good.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Wheat Wrap
  • 1 Cup of Raw Spinach
  • 1/4 of a medium red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Blue container measurement of Goat Cheese (or Feta)

layer spinach, onions and garlic over the wrap. Drizzle with olive oil and then crumble the goat cheese on the top.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes (check periodically to be sure it doesn’t burn) I also like to stick it in my toaster oven on the toast setting for about 7 minutes.  if you’re worried about the edges you can use foil around the crust, but one tip is I try to make my toppings go all the way to the edge.  ENJOY!!
