This one is so crispy and spicy and delicious and EASY well I think its easy because you’re basically throwing a bunch of stuff in a skillet and bam its done.

1 Serving

  • Handful of fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 of a sliced onion (red or white)
  • Whole wheat wrap (look for low carb w/ 10 or less net carbs)
  • Plain 1% or less greek Yogurt
  • Fresh or Frozen organic chicken strips
  • Chipolte Tabasco Sauce
  • Chili Powder
  • Parsley (optional)

While that’s toasting cut up your onion and pepper and sauté in a large skillet over medium heat with your frozen chicken (or fresh, frozen is just easier for me)

Add all to the top of your toasted wrap and top with greek yogurt as well as sprinkle Tabasco for a kick!  I used 1 red of frozen chicken which cooks down to a little less than a red, and my greek yogurt fills in the additional making it one full red.
