Let’s get past the cravings and make a simple desert to keep on hand to have ready and waiting for the attach of the sugar craving! Here’s my favorite recipe:
- 6 tbsp melted peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
Blend all together in a bullet, layer in cupcake tins until half of mixture is used, refrigerate 20 min.
Melt 2 tbsp peanut butter in microwave
Layer over top and refrigerate 20 min.
Add remaining chocolate mixture to top and refrigerate
I chop mine into quarter pieces. Each quarter piece I count as 1 tsp. For 21 day fix.
