After filling out this form you’ll receive an email from Beachbody within a few hours with your order to purchase your chosen package.  Once you complete the email order you’ll be all set up!!! But first lets put together your transformation package!!

Option #1

21 Day Fix Challenge Pack (Beginner)
The Suggested option to begin if you are just starting out, would like to learn proper nutrition and portion sizes to help you reach your goals. the workouts are beginner level and will set the foundation for your journey. It is based on a 3 week calendar to help you set small goals to ultimately reach your overall goal.

Option #2
21 Day Fix Extreme (Intermediate & Advanced Fitness) this package also includes the same meal plan as the beginner program as well as a meal plan that is based on carb rotation, there’s more options to take your results to the next level. The workouts are also 30 minutes.

Option #3 – Country Heat Dance Workout! This is a beginner workout and is so much fun! It includes the full 21 day fix meal plan with a fun dance workout by Autumn Calabrese! A different workout every day designed to help you dance the lbs away!
