Does Eating Fat Make you Fat?

Check out my latest video on the topic of FAT… Does eating fat make you fat? Well yes and no. If you consume a diet high in carbohydrates and fats, then yes! If you restrict your carb intake your body will be using FAT as its primary fuel source, and will be burning the fat you are eating as fuel.
