Goal Setting Journals

Manifesting your 2018 goals into reality is super simple but easily done incorrectly! In this video I Explain how to use a journal and other methods to quickly manifest anything you want into your experience!

The Journals I used in this video are the 2018 Hardcover Life Planner (referred to as the gratitude journal within this video) This is also the planner I used create my meal plan below! I Also use the Bullet Journal (Choose Journal and then select DOT GRID under customize) to be able to create your goals without the limit of straight lines.

I also LOVE the wellness petite planner for planning out weekly meals.

I am totally and completely obsessed with planning out my life, scheduling my workouts around my kids schedules as well as setting goals both long term and short term. I found these journals and tools that LOVE for the health journey.

One of my favorite planners is the Life Planner, I also love the Deluxe Calendar and you can get these great health tracking accessories to add in for your health goals as well as cute stickers!

I also really like the Wellness journal which is located in accessories, I use this to plan out my meals ahead for the week and to track what I ate. They come in 3 month mini journals so you can set small goals and work perfectly with the Portion Fix meal planning or following a KETO meal plan.  Here’s an example of how I use mine:

Planning out your meals and tracking progress is an important key to achieving your goals, using positive affirmations and visualizations will help you.  keeping a journal and a planner is a great way to stay organized and motivated to reaching your overall fitness and nutrition goals.
